  • Equal Parts oat milk and apple juice (Simply Apple)
  • ½ can of Lite Organic Lucky Apple Pie Filling
  • 2 shakes cinnamon
  • 2 shakes nutmeg
  • Handful of ice
  • 2 scoops Pre/Post Creamy Vanilla Protein
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency. You can also add any other toppings of your choice, we liked Cool Whip and cinnamon!
